Three organisations from Italy, Spain and Slovakia, each bringing complementary expertise in adult education, non-formal learning and digital skills.

AISEC
Associazione Italiana Socio-Educatori per la Cooperazione (A.I.S.E.C.-APS) is a non-profit organisation established in 2012 with the goal of promoting participation, cooperation and active citizenship, with a particular focus on youth involvement and addressing social disadvantage. Its mission includes environmental education, cultural exchange and advocating for inclusion, solidarity and tolerance.
With around 70 stable members, AISEC works closely with local entities in the Tuscia region and has extensive experience in adult education, awareness-raising campaigns and disseminating project results through newsletters, social media and local events — particularly for marginalised and vulnerable groups.
Role in DigiSAFE
- Project coordination, financial management, reporting and communication with the National Agency
- Quality manager — responsible for monitoring and evaluation
- Host of the Kick-off Meeting in Viterbo; coordinator of Toolkit development and follow-up activities

Asociación UNO
Asociación para el desarrollo socioemocional de la persona, la sociedad y para la cooperación internacional Uno is a non-profit organisation founded in 2021 in Valencia. UNO is built around lifelong learning — the belief that everyone should be able, and should aim, to continuously study and improve themselves — with activities focused on social inclusion, gender equality, socio-emotional intelligence and sustainability.
UNO’s staff are experts in project and budget management, project design, non-formal education methodology and training, with competences demonstrated in over 20 approved Erasmus+ projects in the fields of youth, school, VET and adult education, as both coordinator and partner — and active involvement in Horizon Europe proposal development.

IKReON
IKReON is a non-profit organisation established in 2023, dedicated to empowering and inspiring individuals of all ages and backgrounds, with a special focus on adult learners. Through the natural catalyst of arts and cultural expression, IKReON encourages individuals to discover and explore their potential and talents, believing that the arts play a pivotal role in building social cohesion, cultural understanding and inclusion.
IKReON specialises in integrating technology into education: its Digital Practices Program equips adults with essential 21st-century digital skills — using digital tools and platforms for communication, collaboration and problem-solving. The organisation’s team brings strong backgrounds in project management, educational innovation, adult education, IT and entrepreneurship.

Local stakeholders
Supported by strong local networks
The partners collaborate with local stakeholders who help reach and engage adults 45+ in each country: the Municipality of Ružomberok in Slovakia; Confcooperative Lazio Nord, Confcooperative Lazio and Confcooperative Roma in Italy; and FEVECTA, CONCOVAL and COCETA in Spain. These organisations promote project initiatives at local and regional level and support the dissemination of results.
